By installing or using NIRO, you agree to all terms herein.
If you do not agree - do not install.
2. Product Description
NIRO is a local AI assistant software for computer, using Groq Cloud services for AI capabilities.
3. Cost and Payment
- The software is paid according to the price published on the website
- The price may change from time to time without prior notice
- Current price available on the installation website
4. AI Services
- AI servers are currently dependent on Groq
- Groq may charge or discontinue service at any time
- The Company is not responsible to fix, provide alternatives, or change the software due to Groq changes
5. Usage Rights
Allowed:
- ✅ Personal and business use
- ✅ Reinstall on another computer (per license limits)
Strictly Forbidden:
- ❌ Export or sale of the software
- ❌ Marketing the software in any way
- ❌ Transfer to third parties
- ❌ Redistribution
- ❌ Reverse engineering
- ❌ Modification of code
- ❌ Use for illegal purposes
- ❌ Creating a competing product
6. Liability
The software is provided "AS IS".
The Company is NOT liable for:
- AI response errors
- Data loss
- Direct or indirect damages
- Groq availability
- Fixing or modifying per customer request
Seller has no obligation to fix or modify.
7. Updates
- Updates will be sent via email from the Company
- The software itself does not announce updates
- User is responsible for tracking emails
8. Service Discontinuation
The Company may discontinue support at any time without prior notice.

Laws of the State of Israel shall apply.
Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo district.
