Accessibility Statement

1. Accessibility Commitment

We consider it important that NIRO be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, and we work to improve the accessibility of the product and the website on an ongoing basis, in the spirit of:

Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998
Equal Rights Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013
Israeli Standard 5568 (WCAG 2.0 Level AA)

⚠️ Current accessibility status - full disclosure:

NIRO is a product under development by a single independent developer. It meets some of the standard's requirements but not all of them, and in particular it does not currently offer full screen-reader support. The known limitations are listed in section 3, and are stated here explicitly so you can decide before purchasing whether the product is suitable for you.

Accessibility is being improved on an ongoing basis, and we welcome feedback that helps us prioritise that work.

3. Known Limitations

These are the gaps we are aware of as at the date of this statement:

⚠️ No full screen-reader support (NVDA, JAWS, Narrator) in this version.
⚠️ Operating the software requires a mouse or keyboard; not every action is reachable by keyboard alone.
⚠️ Charts and diagrams generated by the software have no textual or audio description.
⚠️ Demo videos on the website are not captioned.
⚠️ The website has not been audited by an external certified accessibility consultant.

Voice input and output in Hebrew and English are available in the product and may help some users, but they are not a substitute for full screen-reader support.

4. Individual Adjustments

If any of the limitations above prevents you from using NIRO, please contact us. We will look into an individual adjustment or an alternative solution at no cost, including a human response to carry out an action that is not accessible to you within the product.

If you purchased a license and found that the product is not accessible for you, you are entitled to a full refund, including beyond the 14-day window set out in the cancellation policy.
