NIRO (hereinafter: "the Software" or "the Product") is a personal AI assistant for Windows 11, developed by Nir Nagar (hereinafter: "the Company") for paid personal and business use.

This policy details NIRO's approach to personal information, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 and Amendment 13 to the law.

2.2 Information Transferred to External Provider (Groq)

Message content is transferred in real-time to Groq Cloud servers to generate AI responses.

• Groq API key is encrypted with Windows DPAPI
• Bound to specific computer and user
• The Company does not store or know your key

• Uninstall: Deletes everything
• Groq: Per their policy (typically up to 30 days)
